Houserules

General rules:

  • A valid ID must be presented at check-in.
  • You can book a room from the age of 18.
  • All instructions from hotel employees related to house rules must be followed.
  • In case of fire, keep calm. Report a fire to the reception and/or press the nearest fire alarm. Leave the building immediately when you hear the fire alarm.
  • There are cameras in various places in and around the building. Everyone who is at B&B Zijlsterk agrees to make recordings. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings can be shown to third parties as supporting material.
  • When personal occupancies are found in the room after check-out, the hotel will always contact you. The costs of sending these goods are for your account. The hotel is not liable should anything happen to items shipped.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.
  • B&B Zijlsterk and/or persons working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may experience.

It is not allowed to:

  • To smoke in the hotel room and in the rest of the building. If we find that smoking has taken place, we are forced to charge a fine of € 150.00 for the cleaning costs incurred. When the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the hotel room or the other areas, you will have to leave the hotel immediately.
  • To take property belonging to the B&B (such as soap dispensers and towels) outside the building. In case of willful damage to property and/or disposal of property belonging to the B&B, you can be held liable for the repair and/or renewal costs.
  • Consume, use, trade or possess narcotics.
  • Nitrous oxide balloons to use in the room.
  • To cause a nuisance to another person, including through loud music, obnoxious behavior or noise of any kind.
  • More people in the room than the allowed number.
